The Total Volume Of New Textile Machinery Market Declined Slightly In 2013.
Here world clothing shoes The Xiaobian of the hat net introduced the total volume of new textile machinery trading in 2013.
In 2013, although the volume of global textile machinery remained at a higher level, the volume of most product categories declined. Compared with 2012, the global trading volume of new staple fiber spindles increased by 10%, but the volume of rotor spinning decreased by 2%, while that of long staple fabrics decreased by 45%. In addition, the delivery quantity of the new stretch deformed spindle decreased by 29%, and the delivery volume of the new shuttleless loom decreased by 4%. The delivery quantity of the new electronic flat knitting machine decreased by 24%. The volume of new round machines in 2013 was flat compared with 2012.
The above is international. Spin The main results of the thirty-sixth issue of the annual statistics on international textile machinery annual transactions issued by the manufacturers' Federation (ITMF) are presented. The report includes 6 types of textile machinery, namely, spinning machinery, stretch texturing machine, loom, large circular knitting machine, knitting flat knitting machine and finishing machinery. The 2013 statistics are the result of cooperation with 117 home textile machinery manufacturers, representing a comprehensive assessment of global output.
Spinning machinery
The volume of new staple spindles decreased by 33% and 17% in 2008 and 2009 respectively. It increased by 75% in 2010 and 15% in 2010, reaching 14 million 330 thousand. In 2012, the volume of staple fiber spindles decreased by 27%, to 10 million 510 thousand ingots, while in 2013 it increased by 10% to 11 million 560 thousand spindles. In 2013, 93% of the staple fiber spindles were shipped to Asia (10 million 720 thousand spindles), of which China accounted for 54%, 6 million 210 thousand spindles, followed by India, Indonesia, Turkey and Pakistan, which were 219, 75.7, 56.6 and 546 thousand spindles, accounting for 19%, 6.6%, 4.9% and 4.9% of the total global transaction volume.
In 2013, the global trading volume of long staple (wool spinning) spindles dropped from 146 thousand and 400 to 80 thousand and 800, with a drop of 45%. Europe is the main buyer, accounting for 49 thousand and 900 of the total volume, accounting for 62% of the total transaction volume, followed by Asia and the Americas, 28 thousand and 900 and 1900 respectively, accounting for 36% and 2.4% respectively. According to state statistics, Turkey is the largest investor, accounting for 43% of the total 34 thousand and 300, followed by China, Romania, Italy and Poland, 26 thousand and 500, 6050, 5000 and 2900 respectively, accounting for 33%, 8%, 6% and 4% respectively.
In 2013, global investment in rotor spinning decreased by 2%, to 443 thousand and 200. Asia is still the largest region to purchase rotor spinning, up to 351 thousand and 400, accounting for 79% of global trading volume. According to state statistics, China is the largest investor, buying 271 thousand and 700, accounting for 79% of the world's total volume of transactions; India ranks second, buying nearly 40 thousand, accounting for 7%; followed by Turkey, Brazil, Vietnam and Malaysia, 2.86, 1.38, 1.37 and 12 thousand respectively, accounting for 6.5%, 3.1%, 3.1% and 3.1%.
Bomb adding machine
Between 2010 and 2011, the global trading volume of bomb loader dropped from 13 thousand and 200 to 1824, with a drop of 86%. In 2012, there was no transaction record for single heater stretch textured spindle (mainly for nylon filament). In 2013, the volume of the machine amounted to 2600 spindles, of which 2120 were sold to Asia (mainland China, Taipei and Thailand respectively, 960, 840 and 320 respectively), and 480 spindles were exported to Europe and other countries and regions (Turkey).
The global trading volume of the dual heater stretch deformed spindle (mainly used for polyester filament) dropped from 717 thousand and 800 to 505 thousand and 100 spindles, a decrease of 29%. 90% of these spindles (or 455 thousand and 600 spindles) are sold to Asia. China once again became the largest buyer, purchasing 366 thousand and 500 ingots, accounting for 73% of the total volume of transactions, followed by Japan, India, Vietnam and Egypt, respectively, buying about 30860 spindles, 21640 spindles, 8160 spindles and 7920 ingots, accounting for 6.1%, 4.3%, 1.6% and 1.6% of the total volume.
weaving machinery
In 2013, the volume of global shuttleless looms decreased slightly from 86450 to 83420, a drop of 4%. The main reason for the decline is that the volume of water jet looms continues to decline. In 2010, the global shuttleless loom increased by 53% to 73250 and increased to 112 thousand and 900 in 2011, partly because more loom makers reported their production for the first time in 2010. After that, the rapier / loom loom volume in shuttleless looms continued to increase significantly, from 23250 in 2012 to 23830 in 2013, an increase of 2.5%. Meanwhile, the delivery volume of air-jet looms increased by 7%, from 23300 units in 2012 to 25010 units. As in previous years, Asia is a major market, accounting for 92% of the total volume of transactions (76390 units). According to state statistics, China is still the world's largest investor, buying 54830 looms (66%), including 30590 water jet looms, 16330 air-jet looms and 7910 rapier / loom looms. India ranked second, buying 10060 shuttleless looms (12%), followed by Indonesia, Turkey, Bangladesh and South Korea, buying 3110, 3010, 2820 and 1290 shuttleless looms respectively, accounting for 3.7%, 3.6%, 3.4% and 1.5% of the total volume.
Circular knitting machine and flat knitting machine
The global trading volume of large circular machines increased from 28900 in 2011 to 36640 in 2012, or 27%, a new record. In 2013, the volume of machinery remained basically unchanged at 36575 units. Asia is still the main buyer, with a total volume of 33440 units, accounting for 91% of the total volume of transactions in 2013. China retook the first place in 27460 volumes, accounting for 75% of global transactions, followed by India, Turkey, Bangladesh and Indonesia, with trading volume of 1600, 1490, 910 and 850, accounting for 4.4%, 4.1%, 2.5% and 2.3% respectively.
Global computer flat knitting machine 2012 transaction The volume fell by 34% to 46100 units, and its trading volume continued to decline 24% to 35180 in 2013. Most of them were shipped to Asia (30300 stations, 86%), followed by Europe (including Turkey), 4350, or 12%. China was the largest buyer, purchasing 20800 units, accounting for 59%, followed by Bangladesh, Turkey, China Hongkong and Italy, and purchased 3960 (11.3%), 2790 (7.9%), 1850 (5.3%) and 790 (2.3%) respectively.
