Footwear Should Be Carefully Screened For Increased Complaints.
Before the Spring Festival, Mr. Wang bought a pair of leather shoes at a brand shoe store in Jiefang Road, Yining. But before the first month of the month, fifteen new shoes were opened.
In February 10th, reporters learned from the Yining Consumers Association that they had received complaints about footwear in recent times.
It should be noted that most of the shoes that are being complained are from some brand stores.
According to the staff of the Municipal Association of consumers, the footwear complaints are mainly focused on the quality problems such as the opening of glue, the jewelry falling off, the opening, the desizing, the decoloring, the bottom breaking section, and the after-sales service of the merchants.
Why does the brand shoe store frequently have problems with shoes? The staff of the City Association said that, because of the increasingly fierce competition in the footwear market, some brand shoe shops not only sell a certain brand of shoes for the sake of interests, but also buy some shoes with lower prices and reduce their cost substantially, so that they can occupy the market at low prices, resulting in a decline in the quality of footwear.
In addition, when consumers purchase footwear products, businesses do not introduce the texture of goods to consumers in real terms. After quality problems, businesses with poor service and low integrity often resort to various reasons and do not assume their responsibilities, so they do not solve the problem in time, thus causing disputes.
The staff of the Consumer Association reminded consumers that when choosing footwear products, there was no mistake in choosing a brand store, but it was necessary to check whether the shoes were in line with the brand.
In addition, the "three package" card (or credit card) and sales voucher system are used in the sale of footwear products, and the footwear products handled by non quality problems, such as sales inventory, season change, clearance, discounts and promotional activities, shall not be exempted from the "Three Guarantees" responsibility.
Therefore, consumers purchase footwear products, should keep good "three pack" card (or credit card) and shopping invoices, so as to safeguard rights when quality problems arise.
However, there are five cases that do not carry out the "three package", which needs to be noticed by consumers. One is the disposal of defective or defective products, the other is that sales and other vouchers are not in conformity with the commodities or are altered; three, it is improper dress, self repair or man-made destruction; four is more than the "three pack" period or no "three pack" cards and sales vouchers; five is the "law and regulations" and the state regulations exempt from the "three package" responsibility.
