    HC500 comber is a comber with high efficiency and energy saving. It has long service life and low maintenance strength. All kinds of self stopping devices are sensitive and effective, with fewer failures and fewer losses. It uses computer aided (simulation) optimization technology for dynamic analysis and optimal design of combing process parameters. Under the premise of higher production, load reduction, quality improvement, loss reduction, machine life extension and energy consumption reduction of individual components are achieved. The position of the cotton roller is moved forward relative to the position of the nipper jaw, which shortens the distance between separating the jaws from the rollers in the process of separating drafting, and reducing the number of floating fibers, so as to reduce the number of fibers blocked by the top comb and reduce the combed noil in the carding process. The structural size of the rear part of the lower jaw plate is changed, that is, the front part of the cotton roller is heightened. Under this process configuration, the combed cotton web produced by HC500 comber is clear and consistent, and the eye rate is small. It can generally be controlled within 1.6%.


    Through two years of practice, we found that the HC500 comber has the advantages of saving investment, reducing production costs and saving maintenance costs. For example, the output of HC500 comber is 3.5 times that of ordinary comber. According to 3 times calculation, under the same capacity condition, it can save an area of 800 square meters, save 900 thousand yuan for basic investment, save about 3 million yuan for equipment investment, and save about 3 million 600 thousand yuan on fixed assets investment.
