Representatives of 24 centres including Xi'an center, central machine center and Gansu center attended the meeting. Leaders of the Ministry of science and technology, the senior inspector of the Ministry of science and technology, and the deputy director of the special industrial base of the torch center of the Ministry of science and technology, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. < /p >

< p > Xi'an center put forward that the international mode of Industrial Subcontracting should be carried out in the 020 mode with the International Industrial Subcontracting service network platform, the resources of the UNIDO and the two phase cooperation project will be launched, and the butler service will be carried out for enterprises with order matching and enterprise financing as the main line. < /p >
< p > Ningbo city center puts forward the following aspects: expanding the scope of International Industrial Subcontracting Orders, expanding the number of enterprises receiving orders, establishing new International Industrial Subcontracting formats, promoting the spanformation and upgrading of enterprises, providing international industrial subcontracting services effectively, and developing information services around International Industrial Subcontracting. < /p >
