It is a private residence in an ordinary residential building in Yanjiao town of Hebei, Sanhe. In the registration information of the business sector, the company is called Xiang Peng Hengye Trade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xiang Peng Hengye), which is one of jumei.com suppliers.
There are not many houses. In the next room of customer service, a few art workers are working hard on the outdated desktop to deal with the real pictures of Armani (Armani) fashion. Later, these refined pictures will appear in an activity in Jingdong mall. Another identity of the company is also a global supplier of Jingdong.
The warehouse of Xiang Peng Hengye is in the new development area of Yanjiao. The warehouse that has just rented nearly 1000 square meters has not much memory. When consumers find problems, even call the service phone of the electronic business platform, will be transferred by fake suppliers, even if the complaint is far beyond the normal phenomenon, the electronic business platform is still ignored, for the third party seems to be strict provisions in front of these companies, a lot of holes, become a display.
If we search the Internet for "Xiang Peng Heng Ye", we will find that this is a diversified company that involves clothing, luggage, leather goods, jewelry, glasses, cosmetics, perfume, red wine and so on. It also provides supplies for many electronic business platforms including poly America, Jingdong and shop No. 1. The main business brands include: Armani Armani, Burberry Boboli, Dior Dior, Hermes Hermes world famous luxury brand.
According to Tencent's inspection of business license and tax registration certificate of Xiang Peng Heng ye, there are as many as 31 items in the company's business projects, including landscaping services and chemical products, but there is no business item for import and export of luxury goods and import and export business.
Although only a dozen people, but the company's performance is thriving, since last year, they rely on the supply of electronic business platform, has done a monthly turnover of more than ten million yuan. According to the feedback from poly America, these customer service staff have to dial dozens of phone calls every day, and deal with the requirements of customers according to the description of poly America. According to its customer service personnel, if purchased within 7 days, no way can only be processed according to the return, if it is 7 days away, it can only be repaired.
Take the Burberry fake watch sold by Xiang Peng Hengye as an example. When the customer suspect the watch is a fake, the customer service personnel will ask him to produce a certificate of fake goods produced by the brand counter, before returning it to him. According to Tencent science and technology survey, in the first half of this year, Xiang Peng Hengye company handled nearly 3000 applications for refund, and more than half of them were caused by the quality problem of "name list". Forged documents landing Electronic business platform

According to Tencent technology survey, these 88% off luxury goods companies are selling fake goods like Xiang Peng Heng Ye. And Xiang Peng Hengye company also sells on other electronic business platforms. According to the internal documents, it is named "hundred products" in Gome, Amazon is "Hengye luxury", and the shop on platform 1 is simply the name of its company.
At present, most of the purchase columns in the Beijing East China Sea are sold by Jingdong, which is authorized by the third party stores outside the world. In Jingdong's Banna fashion store, there are currently more than 600 products, including shoes, bags, clothes and other products of luxury brands such as CK, Armani, Burberry, Prada, Coach and so on.

Online shopping luxury Counterfeit goods Disaster

Some of these trading companies have not moved their own platforms, but because of insufficient traffic, they can only earn money under the patronage of the platform. According to Tencent science and technology from Xiang Peng Hengye, when participating in jumei.com's activities, each product sold, poly America has to mention 0.1 points, and has already played a "2-3 fold" situation, businesses still have profits to pay tribute to the platform.
Dong Jiangnan said that such a situation occurred on the platform side, one of which is subjective behavior mixed with false and false sales, one of which is not found to be a fake. A well-known Taobao shopkeeper told Tencent technology that after the rapid development of the business, fake suppliers offered fake goods to them, but they refused. After finishing the formalities, they found that the stores were sold after they were taken over.
At present, how the counterfeit goods flow into the electronic business platform such as poly America already has the answer, but how many real goods on the platforms or whether there are genuine goods is probably a temporary problem.
