The Retail Association believes that the electricity consumption of Shenzhen shopping centers is partly due to the level of property management, which has not done enough to save electricity. Retail Association experts point out that when building a new shopping center, the design unit should not only focus on some energy saving concepts, but ignore the actual energy saving effect. There should be energy saving and environmental protection goals and energy saving programs. It is better to invite professional energy-saving companies or personnel to intervene in the process of building design, so as not to cause high energy consumption.
