Indonesia'S Footwear Industry Exported $3 Billion 860 Million Last Year.

Following the opening ceremony of the Indonesian footwear industry development center's partner and alumni exhibition, the director of the SME division of the Ministry of industry said that the average annual export volume of the Indonesian footwear industry exceeded US $2 billion in the past 5 years, accounting for about 3% of the world's total output. In 2012, the export volume was 3 billion 600 million US dollars, compared with 3 billion 860 million US dollars in 2013.

Also considering that the ASEAN economic community was more serious after its formal establishment in 2015.

The Indonesian shoemaking industry must enhance its competitiveness, including a large number of well-trained professional labor forces, so as to cope with future competition and turn challenges into business opportunities.

The flexible robot production line of intelligent robot displayed mainly includes robot automatic sole polishing system, robot automatic glue spraying system, automatic powder duster and so on.

According to the introduction, the production line is integrated into six axis robots and controllers, 3D visual data collection, and automatic generation of glue spray tracks, which has changed the traditional artificial glue brush and oven assembly line. Each molding line can reduce 8 to 10 brush gumming technicians, and the daily processing capacity reaches 3000 pairs, while the pre-sale price is only 1/3 of the European brand similar equipment, which is about 2 million yuan. It is the first domestic product with independent intellectual property rights and patent rights.

In the next 3 years, Black King Kong plans to invest 20 million yuan to 30 million yuan for technology and product research and development, and with the help of the "NC generation" demonstration project, it will strive to become the first brand in the domestic footwear industry automation.
