In September 22, 2014, the Thailand footwear Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the company") received a notice from the controlling shareholder, Mr. Lin Shiyi, and Mr. Lin Shiyi and the Societe Generale Securities Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Xingye securities") to carry out the stock pledge repurchase paction.

In September 22, 2014, Mr. Lin Shiyi handed the 23000000 shares of the company's unlimited sale of circulating shares to Xingye Securities for stock pledge repo business.

The initial trading date of the paction is 2014, 9, 22, and the repurchase date is March 23, 2016.

On the date of this announcement, Mr. Lin Shiyi held 34000000 shares of the company, accounting for 19.23% of the total share capital of the company. The total number of pledged shares was 23000000 shares, accounting for 13.01% of the total share capital of the company, accounting for 67.65% of its total shares.
