Ping An Securities analyst said that at present, the cooperation between the supermarkets and the electricity providers is mostly in the stage of "express delivery". For convenience stores, the greater opportunity comes from the deeper integration with the electricity supplier: docking the logistics warehousing system with the electric business enterprises, realizing the SKU expansion, and then obtaining the large number of orders by using the online traffic platform of the electricity supplier, and delivering goods through a strong warehousing and distribution system.
The industry believes that "through cooperation with the electricity supplier enterprises to become a two level operation site, is the best way to achieve red flag O2O strategy."
In April this year, the red flag chain signed a strategic cooperation agreement with sunning Yun, announcing that it will fully integrate the two sides' resource advantages in the future and carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of O2O and store development.
At present, the cooperation between Hongqi chain and Suning is in full swing. The relevant responsible person said, "through the red flag chain online shopping mall, consumers can learn more about the red flag linked goods, facilitate shopping, and also serve for offline sales."

More importantly, the two sides will carry out cooperation on the "suning.com" online shopping, and the next two sides will continue to develop and perfect the "self promotion" business.

In combination with the characteristics of their own physical stores, the two sides set up more points in the two suitable shops to complement their formats.
