The Zhejiang Haining warp knitting industry park firmly grasped the opportunity to focus on the goal of establishing the famous brand demonstration zone of the national warp knitting industry. With the theme of "improving the quality of development, improving the quality of life and building a strong quality area", we carried out a series of activities such as experience exchange, regional brand quality inspection and publicity slogan selection, and actively advocated the construction of quality integrity, laying a solid foundation for brand building.

The park vigorously promotes the construction of scientific and technological innovation platform, focusing on enhancing the capability of independent innovation of industries and enterprises, giving full play to the advantages of industrial clusters, relying on the warp knitting Research Institute, the Donghua University, Jiangnan University, scientific research institutions and warp knitting enterprises with strong R & D capability in the domestic textile industry to form a common technological problem research and development alliance, developing common technology and key technologies in the industry, improving the design innovation ability, and providing effective services for enterprises in the field to develop new products, apply new technologies, improve design level, and commercialization of scientific and technological achievements.

Relying on the Zhejiang provincial warp knitting product quality inspection center settled in the park, it provides good supporting services and technical support for the development of the vast number of enterprises.

The center has 95 types of products and 339 standard methods, among which 162 are foreign methods. The testing items cover the detection of textile raw materials, textiles, household textiles, industrial textiles, functional and environmental performance and other products and parameters.

The inspection and testing platform also set up an expert group on quality improvement service every year to carry out "one to one", "point to point" and "one to many" quality assistance to the warp knitting enterprises in the park. Shen Guokang, director of Zhejiang provincial warp knitting product quality inspection center, told reporters that at present, there are 67 enterprises helping the enterprises in quality, helping enterprises to solve 23 technical problems, and 85 standard revisions.

The park continues to improve its quality supervision system, and sets up Ma Qiao Quality Supervision Station relying on the superior quality supervision bureau stationed Point Park to carry out product quality and special equipment safety supervision for enterprises in the area, and form a normalized regional supervision mode of quality and safety.

Combined with the situation of the warp knitting industry in the park, combined with the implementation of the alliance standard and the promotion and application of the regional brand, we should constantly improve the classification supervision, supervision and spot check, access and withdrawal mechanism, establish and improve the prediction, prevention, early warning and emergency response and rescue mechanism, deepen the responsibility system and work coordination mechanism of counterfeiting and fraud, consolidate the foundation of quality supervision work, and effectively achieve "comprehensive supervision, whole process supervision, and whole social supervision".

The park also increased the support for the supervision and spot check funds of the warp knitting industry, focusing on promoting the use of negative supervision, quality based poor management, unstable product quality, and non standard production enterprises. Through the expansion of supervision and inspection, increasing the frequency of supervision and sampling, and strengthening post processing efforts, the quality supervision measures should be strengthened to enhance the punishment for quality failure.

At the same time, we should strengthen the linkage of law enforcement departments, accelerate the construction of social credit system, perfect the market supervision system that combines administrative law enforcement, industry self-discipline and public opinion supervision, and crack down on illegal activities such as counterfeiting and selling, infringing intellectual property rights, etc., and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and create a favorable market environment.

At present, the warp knitting industry has formulated and promoted the implementation of 10 Union standards, promoting the implementation of 28 enterprises.
