The fashion and design industry innovation park of Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology (Zhongguancun fashion industry innovation park) was completed in March 2012 by the fourth batch of Zhongguancun Science City Co sponsored by the Beijing Municipal People's government and Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology, and is responsible for the operation and management of Beijing North fashion Investment Management Center.

The BIFTPARK Zhongguancun fashion industry innovation park, which covers a total area of 10000 square meters, is the only fashion design Industrial Park in Zhongguancun's 7 cultural industry projects.

The Innovation Park aims to build a world-renowned youth designers gathering center to help the development of fashion and creative industries in Beijing and even the whole country.
