The eighteenth second paragraphs stipulate: "the application procedures for trademark registration are complete, and the application documents are filled out and paid according to the regulations. The Trademark Office shall accept and notify the applicant in writing; if the application procedures are not complete, and the application documents are not complete, and the application documents are not filled in according to the regulations, or the fees are not paid, the Trademark Office shall not accept them, and notify the applicant in writing and explain the reasons. The application procedures are basically complete or the application documents are basically in conformity with the regulations. However, if a correction is needed, the Trademark Office shall notify the applicant to make corrections, and limit them to the Trademark Office within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notification. If the amendment is returned to the Trademark Office within a specified time limit, the date of application shall be retained. If the amendment is not completed at the expiration or fails to be corrected according to the requirements, the Trademark Office shall not accept the application and notify the applicant in writing. "

Before May 1, 2014, the Trademark Office issued a written examination of the application documents for trademark registration, and issued a notice of acceptance to the application for trademark registration which was complete in all applications and filled in the application documents in accordance with the regulations. Normally, the time of issuance is about 1 months from the date of receipt of the application document. After May 1, 2014, according to the newly revised trademark law, the Trademark Office adjusted the acceptance and review process of trademark registration application, and adjusted the examination, entry, division of graphic elements, classification of trademarks, classification of Commodity services, financial reconciliation and other forms of review to the notice of acceptance. If a trademark registration application needs to be corrected, it shall be corrected according to the requirements, and the acceptance notice can be issued only after the financial section is successful.
