On the evening of October 27th, a special show of spring festival costumes called "hospitality Shandong crossing China" was staged in the Golden Hall of Beijing Hotel. Dozens of models were dressed in modern Chinese costume inspired by Chinese classical elements.

Wang Qunshan, a professor at the school of clothing art and engineering of Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology, said in an interview that festivals should be marked with festivals. Some respondents mentioned that tourist attractions as costumes for performing props are their usual impressions of traditional costumes, and others believe that traditional costumes are synonymous with "grand". Lai Xiaomin, a tourist guide in Taiwan, told reporters that the customs of the "new year wear new clothes" were still quite persistent among the locals, but at the very least, the "tradition" of the costumes was expressed in red, gold and joyful elements. Over the past two years, more and more people have chosen to travel abroad to avoid all kinds of etiquette and custom during the Spring Festival.

Reporters learned that the annual congratulate session was launched at the beginning of 2009 as one of the seven major themes. Some cities have used inviting foreigners to promote activities such as Confucius Mansion, Zhoucun ancient shopping mall and other places with Chinese characteristics. Against this background, the Spring Festival Chinese clothing series of the new year's annual meeting has used "close to life" and "people's favorite clothing styles" as an important criterion for the collection of works, trying to "live protection" for the cultural elements of this year's festival. According to introducing, during the new year's meeting, the Provincial Tourism Bureau will select 100 representatives from 22 provinces and cities across the country to present the spring festival costumes to China. "Wearing Chinese clothing for the year of China" will be molded into an important branch under the brand of the hospitable Shandong annual meeting.
