"One Belt And One Road" International Textile And Garment Business Representative Visited Xinxiang

In September 17th, a group of 24 representatives of the "one belt" international textile and garment business delegation headed by Ma Ying, Secretary General of the clothing import and Export Chamber of Commerce of China, and Shi Xueling, Deputy Secretary General of China's foreign trade and Economic Statistics Association, came to Xinxiang to carry out visits and exchanges. City leaders Wang Dengxi, Qi Wenhua and Zhou Yong attended the exchange meeting.

Mayor Wang Dengxi delivered a speech at the exchange meeting. Wang Dengxi said that in recent years, Xinxiang has taken the initiative to integrate into the national "one belt and one way" construction. As the only city in Henan with two international classes, the economic and trade exchanges and cultural exchanges between Xinxiang and the "one belt along the way" have become increasingly frequent and deepening. The textile and garment industry is one of the four pillar industries in Xinxiang. According to the positioning of "big green fiber, Xinhua fiber, strong spinning, fine printing and dyeing, making big clothes", Xinxiang is speeding up the development of green fiber specialty Park, and concentrating on creating modern garment industry cluster which integrates textile, weaving, printing and dyeing and clothing. This time, the "one belt and one road" international textile and garment business delegation visited Xinxiang, further narrowing the distance between Xinxiang and the countries along the belt and road, providing a broad platform for bilateral cooperation and exchanges and common development. The municipal Party committee and the municipal government will create a favorable environment for domestic and foreign businessmen who invest in Xinxiang and seek cooperation. They will provide quality services and jointly write a new chapter of "open belt and one road" cooperation.

Ma Ying introduced the membership of the delegation and the purpose of the visit. She said that as the first stop of "one belt and one road" international textile and garment business representatives to enter China to carry out exchanges, Xinxiang has strong strength in the textile and garment industry. It hopes that through visiting activities, it will not only learn the advanced technology of Xinxiang, but also actively promote exchanges and cooperation between Xinxiang and other countries, especially the "one belt and one road", so as to realize the common development of textile and garment industries in various countries.
