Zhaoqing Huaiji Economic Investigation Brigade Cracked A Case Of Selling Fake Brand-Name Leather Shoes.

Zhaoqing Huaiji County Public Security Bureau Economic Investigation Brigade cracked a case of selling counterfeit leather shoes.

Limited by Share Ltd, a well-known brand leather shoe Limited by Share Ltd, commissioned a Guangdong general agent to report to the Huaiji County police. The company found that the saleswoman Chen Mou Jian (Pingyang County of Zhejiang province) sold more than 1600 pairs of leather shoes, leather sandals and leather boots which were counterfeited by the brand franchisee in the Huaiji county. The case involved more than 500 thousand yuan.

After receiving the case, the County Public Security Bureau Economic Investigation Brigade immediately conducted investigation and evidence collection, and informed the shop operator, Chen Mou, to the public security organ for questioning. Chen Moujian was found to have bought 1800 pairs of leather shoes, leather shoes and leather boots which were counterfeited from the illegal way and purchased from May 1st this year.

At present, Chen is under criminal detention for the crime of selling counterfeit registered trademarks. The case is under further investigation.

The 16 batches of 16 enterprises produced by the Agel Ecommerce Ltd, Jiaxing luxurious Cashmere Products Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Kai Yue Clothing Co., Ltd. are not qualified.

Among them, 16 batches of fiber composition and content were unqualified, and 1 batches of alkali resistant perspiration fastness were not qualified.

The false situation is serious.

There are 16 batches of cashmere knitted garments that are unqualified, including 11 batches of cashmere products.

For example, a batch of "Yi Sheng Mei" women's round neck cashmere sweater (cashmere knitted garment), Ordos City Mongol Textile Co., Ltd., is clearly shown as 29.2% cashmere, 60.8% fine wool and 10% recycled fiber. It is measured to be 59% wool, 18.6% viscose, 15.6% nylon and 6.8% rabbit hair, and the color fastness items are not qualified.

A batch of "Ou Luo Bang" cashmere sweater (cashmere knitted garments) of Suzhou Sima family Clothing Co., Ltd. is clearly shown as 100% cashmere, and it is measured as 23.5% cashmere, 15.3% Le cel, 49.5% wool and 9.6% acrylic.

A batch of "ran ge" mink cashmere knitted garments (cashmere knitted garments) of Yuyao Ge Pai Clothing Co., Ltd. is expressly made up of 100% special animal fibers (mink cashmere), measured as 32% rabbit hair, 22.6% nylon, 21.6% viscose, 14.3% wool, 9.5% other animal hair fibers (containing trace polyester fiber).
