First, the Association put forward the "sunshine development proposal for China fur industry" and set up the "Sunshine Trade Coordination Group".

In order to create an environment for the development of the industry, in October of last year, the third national fur industry joint conference and the China Leather Association fur Specialized Committee 2013 annual meeting were held in the grand camp.

In order to implement the spirit of the proposal and create a path of sunshine development, the association set up a sunshine trade coordination group with relevant regional governments and local associations.

Over the past year, the coordination group has been more and more aware of the fact that in order to create a sunny trading environment, we must cancel the processing trade and further reduce the tariff. Over the past year, the coordination group has done a lot of work and achieved fruitful results in this respect.

This achievement is the result of the association's efforts to persuade relevant government departments with sufficient justification. Due to high tariffs, driven by interests, processing trade has become the main channel for industrial smuggling. A large number of high quality raw materials are flowing to the Chinese market.

Over the past year, the association has repeatedly responded to the demands of the Ministry of agriculture, the Ministry of finance, the Tax Commission, the Ministry of Commerce and the customs. During the two sessions this year, the association passed the "NPC" and "CPPCC" representatives' response to the demands of the industry and achieved good results. The industry's goal is to fall by 5 percentage points in 2015. It also requires local associations to work together to publicize this view on different occasions.

Third, we must strictly manage and screen the "processing trade".

The association has always had some concerns about it and always felt that it was unfair for the enterprises that really did the processing trade. The industry's demands are: strict management and screening. To this end, the association held a number of symposiums. In September last year, the Council held a symposium with all fur enterprises and fur associations at the local association working conference held in Huidong in March 25th this year, on the Chinese leather fur fashion day and at the end of April. Our government is close to the people.
