"Enterprises must invest more in equipment, raw materials, R & D and so on."

One of the investors of the project, Feng Shunnan, chairman of Foshan and Feng Sheng Textile Co., Ltd., said that the change of Zhangcha's industrial location and the policy of "restricting freight cars" in Chancheng city have increased the cost pressure of textile enterprises in the region, including the gradual relocation of the textile industry chain, which is part of sales, R & D and testing.

In this regard, Zhang Rizhao said that the textile complex located in Tai Tang garden is a good news for textile enterprises in the park.

In the past, there has been a lack of testing organizations in the park. Enterprises often need to send samples to Xiqiao, Guangzhou and other places.

But he also has doubts. He thinks that the textile enterprises in Datang are mainly production and processing, lack of terminal products, and have a weak supporting role on the sales side.

"Some people have proposed building the brand of Datang textile. Brand needs support from products. It is more difficult for us to build products without products."

Liu Zhaowen explained that the park also has some considerations. The park will control the volume of sales, and it is feasible to support a small professional market by the existing enterprises in the park.

"Now there are requirements for factories to purchase foreign products. At least in the process of viewing factories, there is a place for enterprises to display in the park."

In addition to testing and marketing, the complex will bring research and development resources.

Feng Shunnan introduced that several investors of the complex, integrating the university resources accumulated in the course of many years of operation, will set up four R & D centers in the integrated body, such as the research and development center of Donghua University, the University of Xi'an University, and the Research Center for knitting products, to provide new product design, new material research and development, and other functions.

Feng Shunnan said he plans to set up an electronic commerce center in the textile complex of Datang to create a textile trading platform integrating raw materials, cloth, machinery and equipment and clothing.

"The advantage of the textile industry is that there will be no sharp decline. After all, textiles are necessities of life. No one will wear clothes."
