Bargaining procedures: sericultural Association set up the benchmark price, each enterprise quoted in written form, the highest quotation reaches or exceeds the base price, or lower than the base price, but the low price is less than 5%, and the highest quotation is the paction price.

Results: it is understood that the total income of cocoons reached 155 million yuan this year, and the per capita income reached over 2700 yuan, the highest in history.
