It is a project built by Singapore Kaihua group to invest RMB 11 billion, which is close to the garment industrial area such as Qiao and Jiu Bao. Its total planning is more than 1 million square meters. After its completion, there are not only popular publishing centers, brand exhibition centers, international talent exchange platforms, but also a number of comprehensive industrial functions such as national inspection center, e-commerce headquarters center and new brand incubator.

The whole park has introduced the concept of park management in Singapore, which is intelligent and environmental protection. What is more rare is that it will have a public space on every three floors, which is very suitable for creative industries such as clothing.

There are good reasons for the Chinese Arts Centre to be located in Yuhang.

After nearly twenty years of development, Hangzhou women's wear has gradually become scale, and data show that 80% of the production enterprises are concentrated in the Yuhang area. Rough statistics show that there are more than 1800 large and small garment production enterprises in the area only in the area of Qiao.
