In the future, Ali also hopes to contribute to the economic and trade of Taiwan, and plans to make some investment in Taiwan. It may be the fund's model, and hopes to help Taiwan young people start their own businesses.

When he came to power, Ma said he went to Taiwan to participate in the Innovation Forum in June 2001. There are many old entrepreneurs on the scene, making him feel anxious.

He believes that innovation is a matter for young people and should give young people opportunities.

He encouraged young people to hope that young people can see themselves with appreciation, care for themselves, change themselves, seize opportunities and think more.

Ma Yun said that 15 years ago, I was just like all the young people, but there was a dream that the Chinese electricity supplier market did not come and began to work hard every day. But at the very beginning, many people thought our company was very strange. Until today, everyone would praise and even say that I might be an alien, but in fact, I am just like an ordinary person.

The world is very fair, young people should learn to appreciate themselves, because people see different angles of the world, so some people regard opportunity as a disaster, and others regard disaster as an opportunity. Some even have many opportunities to make disasters. But every generation has their own opportunities. In the past, I once envied Bill Ghez and saw the success of Terry Gou. At that time, I was very angry and wanted to say that they had been so successful. Did I have no chance, but in fact, you only saw their success and didn't see their hard side. Young people should look for their opportunities instead of just looking at others.

For many business owners, they sigh that many young people like to complain, but Ma Yun thinks that they complain that they have opportunities. Usually Ma Yun just hears complaints, then he will improve them to become new business opportunities, and others will say that the economic situation is not good. But Ma Yun said, "I never care about the things that I care about. It is too difficult to change the whole world. It is good to think about how to change ourselves first." Ma Yun encouraged young people not to just think of a thousand roads at night, but to think about a thousand roads at night.

The gap is not technology but the upgrading of the brain.

For the advent of the Internet age, Ma feels that it is just beginning now, and the gap between numbers is not in technology, but in the upgrading of the brain. Young people can bring about new changes. This generation has changed from the IT era to the DT era. That is, the whole economic thinking about the network is to focus on a few points, others as the center, openness, pparency, sharing and responsibility, which is the main spirit of the future.

With regard to innovation and education, Ma Yun believes that innovation can not be taught. Ma Yun, for example, graduated from Hangzhou Normal University, though not a famous school, but was the first school in his mind. He really thought about it, and he was also very unhappy with MBA. Because he had sent many employees to MBA and came back to be stupid. He found that learning other people's success mode was meaningless, but it was a failure experience that would really learn something.

In the case of Alibaba, he had two big mistakes and made him feel quite miserable. He said that the first thing was about globalization. He once set up a branch office in the US Silicon Valley to find many highly qualified IT talents, but later he found that these employees did not understand trade, and began to lay off workers when they could not run. It was just like a Boeing engine installed on a tractor. It was a big tragedy, Ma said.

The other thing is that Alibaba bought YAHOO China. After a year or two of integration, it is still bad. This is also a serious injury. Ma Yun said that any mistakes made by the company are nourishment for growth, and we should learn from them.

Compared with the industrial revolution two hundred years ago, Ma Yun thought that the impact of the Internet economy on the world today is relatively small.

The future is full of challenges and uncertainties, so entrepreneurs should be based on today, but also think about it after ten years.

Ma Yun thinks Alibaba thinks about the next 15 years. What he hopes most is to sell Taiwan's small and medium enterprises products to mainland China. He hopes that more young people will come to China to start their own businesses. So he hopes to set up a fund to let young people in Taiwan study and start business, because the money is also social, and he feels that it can be used in society and Alibaba will feel honored.
