3D Printing Technology Enters Fashion
The Nervous System design studio in the United Kingdom integrates Kinematics software and handcrafted origami technology into 3D printing technology to maximize the 3D plastic skirt texture close to the ordinary cloth, and successfully get rid of the stiffness and weight of the plastic, so that the skirt is close and tangible.
According to Nervous System design studio, designers use computer aided design (CAD) instead of traditional clothing method.
The designer first put the 3D model of the model into CAD, and then according to the clothes to be made, use the Kinematics software to divide the models into different sizes of triangle embedded chessboard lattice.
The designer can change the size and quantity of the triangle to change the texture and weight of the clothes.
After the adjustment is satisfied, the computer program splits these lattices into one garment and presses it to the thinnest. Generally speaking, the weight of the finished product will be reduced by 85% compared with the beginning.
Printing
The process usually takes two days. After the clothes come out, the technicians will sweep away the excess dust. A beautiful hollowed dress will be completed.

Jessica Rosenkalands (Jessica Rosenkrantz) said that 3D printing of plastic skirts is not a product of a whim.
In the weeks before the dress design, she wore it all the time.
3D plastic
The bracelet and waistband feel the discomfort caused by the friction between the skin and the plastic, so as to design a comfortable and comfortable skirt.
Jessica also added buttons on the hollows of the skirt to make it easier for people to take off their skirts.
Now, she is thinking of how to make the dress softer, and fold it like ordinary clothes into the wardrobe.
The Nervous System design studio plans to improve the productivity of 3D plastic skirts, increase the cost of raw materials, reduce production costs and sell them to the public.

Third, the pformation of traditional industries by high and new technologies has made obvious achievements in promoting product upgrading.

Fourth, the technological innovation and development of energy saving and emission reduction are fruitful.
In this year's award-winning projects, more than 20 projects involve energy saving and emission reduction technologies, accounting for nearly 19%.

In this year's award, there are 8 soft science projects and 15 standard research projects, which have highlighted the achievements and international advantages in the fields of soft science research, functional testing and evaluation, quantitative analysis of fiber and detection of harmful substances in the field of textile industry.
