EVA
The ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer is referred to as EVA EVA, compared with polyethylene. Because of the introduction of vinyl acetate monomer in the molecular chain, it reduces the high crystallinity, improves flexibility, impact resistance, filler miscibility and thermal sealing performance.
EVA midsole refers to the injection of EVA into the mold after heating the shoe at the end of a molding, also called a foaming middle sole.
The traditional EVA is hot pressed, and the EVA ejector directly shoots the EVA particles into the mold of the machine. After about 400 seconds, the mold is opened and the soles inside the mold are foamed and molded through heat and cold setting boxes. This method is characterized by high output and one time molding. The disadvantage is that it is easy to deform, and the time is long, yellowing and shrinking.

The product can be processed and shaped, and its shockproof performance is better than that of traditional packaging materials such as polystyrene (foam), and it meets the requirements of environmental protection. It is the best choice for export products.
Compared with the shockproof packaging, it can be cut and shaped. Because of the larger density difference, it can be used more widely.
Applications: household appliances, hardware tools, toys, handicrafts, tourist products, stationery, cosmetics; shoes for skating: sports shoes, lining materials, sports insoles, backpack bags, surfboards, kneeling pads, sports protective devices, automotive interior and shoe materials; the substrates of high-grade foam tape products; ice storage, cold proof buildings, light pads, sunshade materials; shockproof cushioning packaging of electrical products, precision instruments, instruments and other fields.
EVA wax density ranged from 0.91 to 0.93 (g/cm3).
The density of EVA is mainly controlled by VA content. With the increase of VA content from 5% to 40%, the density increases from 0.929 g/cm3 to 0.974 g/cm3, and the density is the smallest when the content is less than 5%.
How to identify is EVA Shoe material :

5, TPR bottom, cut a small piece, ignite the flame beating, the burning place is melted, will not extinguish from the fire, can be dissolved in a stupid.
