The development goal of cross border trade e-commerce in Xinlong comprehensive protection area is to realize more than 200 thousand processing packages. The annual import and export value is more than 30 billion yuan, and promote the development of logistics, warehousing, financial services, information technology and other related industries. At the same time, it can also promote and enhance the development of processing and manufacturing industry, promote the export of Jilin's characteristic products, and form the agglomeration of logistics, stream of people, capital flow and information flow in Changchun, so as to become a new pillar industry with output value of 100 billion yuan, making Changchun's Xinlong Comprehensive Bonded Zone truly become a new window, new platform and new engine for the development and opening up area of changjilu.

In the next two years, the amount of online shopping per person will reach US $1272, more than developed countries such as France, Brazil and Korea.

Affected by the situation in Ukraine, Russia's demand for Chinese electricity suppliers is particularly strong.

Therefore, exporting to Russia is the core goal of cross border trade e-commerce development in our province.

Provincial governments and relevant departments attach great importance to cross-border trade e-commerce, and have fully supported the use of postal international communication network to dredge the export channel of electronic commerce goods to Russia.

In mid May, vice mayor Bai Xugui and Lv Dong, deputy director of the Xinlong comprehensive protection zone, accompanied by vice governor Chen Weigen, went to Beijing China Post Group to discuss the situation and promote the construction of postal routes.

The postal group expressed its full support. After the establishment of routes in Changchun and Russia, the postal routes could be directly closed. When a large electricity supplier or a platform trader set up a warehouse in Changchun, they could gather the collection points in batches.

In late May, the national postal group sent a delegation to Russia to communicate with Russia on relevant issues.

In June 17th, Li Guohua, general manager of the State Postal group, went to Jilin to investigate and meet with provincial leaders. The two sides reached an agreement on the establishment of a strategic cooperative relationship between the Jilin provincial government and the national postal group.
