We can find a lot of strong structures and reorganizations. We can also find soft outlines and lines, spaces and secrets, and are used in many designs by the Oriental form. Loose blouses, tight skirts and irregular coats can be found in such a language. As a male dress designer, he said that women's clothing design is a new thing for women, rather than just making them beautiful or covering up their shortcomings.

Reporter: what does design mean for you or why did you choose to design?

Zhang Yuhao: design is my second expression to the world, the first is writing. When I first applied for University, many people thought I would go to the Chinese department. In fact, for me, there is only one way of expression that is too boring. I want to have another way of expression, more vivid and concrete, which can not be directly described and imagined by words.

Reporter: what do you think of the difference between designing women's clothes as a man and designing women's clothes with women?

Zhang Yuhao: actually, I think girls will have a kind of idea that they want to dress up women more beautiful and more confident. As a male designer, the fun of designing women's clothes is that we are separated by a gender wall. It is a process based on our understanding of the opposite sex. It is not always clear how she looks for and explores the image of the woman she wants to create. But with the design of each season, she will become clearer and clearer. So for me, making women's clothing is a new thing for women, rather than just making them beautiful or covering up their shortcomings.

Interviewer: can you tell me about the inspiration and ideas of this season?

Zhang Yuhao: this season's inspiration comes from the scene of the banquet at the beginning of the movie banquet, among those wearing very large white robes with a strange mask to express their feelings and singing and dancing. At the same time, they combine some body language of some dancing steps to capture the sense of flowing space that the fabric wears along with the movements of the human body.

Reporter: is the Chinese element the way you want to show it?

Zhang Yuhao: in fact, there has been a misunderstanding about the Chinese elements all along, and it has been abused by the symbolic design of Chinese designers before. In fact, Chinese elements lie in a two-dimensional or plane expression, just like the landscape painting, which is an experience of conception rather than a specific point. Therefore, Chinese clothing is a form of the plane's tailoring which is presented through the ups and downs of the body and the concave and convex, or the spatial relationship between the human body and the clothes. This is what I try and express in the first quarter, which is very Oriental.

Interviewer: can you tell me about the colors and fabrics used for this season?

Zhang Yuhao: in the choice of fabric, I have always insisted on using some of the more traditional materials of natural fabrics, cotton, linen, silk, wool, some of the innovative materials on the traditional fabrics, or adding some man-made blended fiber fabrics, this Ji Chunxia I used a lot of wool worsted and heavy silk, so that summer does not look so frivolous, there is also a certain texture. In terms of color, I prefer cold colors, black and white are the main colors used, but they do not exclude special jumping colors, such as pink or yellow, but they will be the first priority.

Reporter: what kind of women are your customers focused on?

Zhang Yuhao: actually, I didn't think too much about what age groups of women, cut the age is what I want to do.

Reporter: what is the iconic female image of a brand? Can you describe it roughly?

Zhang Yuhao: I want to shape a woman who has a sense of distance. She is not close to anyone, nor alienated from anyone. In fact, it is a state of balance and moderation. Now there are too many women's clothes to attract the opposite sex, which is sexy and beautiful. That's not their independent spirit. So I hope to share the status of myself for more people, and slowly accumulate the beauty of trust and understanding of this sense of distance.

Reporter: what is the planning of the brand, and what kind of business mode do you want to operate?

Zhang Yuhao: at present, the brand is committed to professional cooperation with our brand style buyer shop, and the next class will also consider online sales. In the future, we will expand more product lines, such as men's wear, perfume, luggage and bags, and become a brand with complete ecology.

Interviewer: how do you describe your brand?

Zhang Yuhao: there is no way to describe simply that freedom, independence, tolerance and banter may all appear in the design, but brand aesthetics will not change.
