County Cotton Association statistics, in 2014, the actual cotton harvest area in the whole county was only 165 thousand mu, 35 thousand mu less than last year, 17.5% reduction, 209 kg of cotton seed yield per mu, 71 kg less than the previous year, 25.36% reduction, and 13 thousand and 500 tons of lint yield, 6 thousand and 900 tons less than last year, 33.82% reduction. The reduction of cotton resources has made the situation of "insufficient drinking and insufficient food" more serious, and the purchase volume has generally been reduced. A company has acquired 1350 tons of real estate cotton this year, although it still has the top card in the whole county, but it only accounts for 31.76% of last year's purchase.

Three. Quality of public inspection Optimistic year-on-year. According to the detailed quality information released by the State General Administration of inspection and quarantine, except for some of the indicators of color grade and fracture strength, the other indicators were good year-on-year.

1, color level. The total proportion of white cotton grade 3 and higher level was only 21.33%, which was 21.11 percentage points lower than that of the same period last year. However, the proportion of the 1 grade of polluted cotton reached 50.4%, which was 23.22 percentage points higher than that of the same period last year, and the proportion of white cotton 4 grade dropped from 3.78% last year to 1.22%.

2, fiber length. It is estimated that the average length of cotton in public inspection has reached 29.07 millimeters this year, up 0.42 millimeters over the same period. Among them, the proportion of 29 millimeter and above reached 82.45%, up 25.14 percentage points compared with the same period of the previous year, and the proportion of 28 millimeter was reduced from 16.99% last year to 16.99%; the proportion of 27 millimeter and below length decreased from 12.22% last year to 0.56%.

3. Micron value. The cumulative proportion of A and B reached 99.47%, up 39.76 percentage points from the same period last year. Grade a accounted for 70.49%, an increase of 42.33 percentage points over the same period last year. The cumulative proportion of C1 and C2 decreased from 40.29% last year to 0.52%.
