Henan Provincial Government Foreign Affairs Office Held A Forum On Overseas Chinese Legal Rights Protection Service

In January 22, 2015, the Foreign Affairs Office of the provincial government held a symposium on overseas Chinese legal rights protection service. We should summarize and sort out the mature work practices and mechanisms, so as to form a provincial working mechanism and promote them everywhere, such as regular consultation and relevant departments' participation in case mediation and negotiation mechanism.

In order to give full play to the role of the provincial joint foreign affairs and overseas Chinese Association, we can assist and promote the major cases at the provincial level.

Four, efforts should be made to improve the service level of overseas Chinese.

Service stations throughout the country should learn more about the policies and regulations of overseas Chinese Affairs, and study the characteristics and rules of laws and regulations concerning overseas Chinese.

To expand our scope of service is not only reflected in solving cases of letters and visits, but also in promoting legal services for overseas Chinese enterprises.

We should expand the publicity of overseas Chinese laws, propagandize the legal rights protection service stations, such as publicity in schools donated by overseas Chinese, and publicity in overseas Chinese demonstration communities.
