How To Formulate A Sales Contract For Patented Products
Patent product sales contract

Following the friendly consultation between Party A and Party B, the following agreements are reached on the basis of equality and mutual benefit.

2. affiliate dealers

Party A should cooperate with Party B actively.

Five, others
In order to fully reflect equality and mutual benefit and achieve win-win cooperation, Party A provides the following preferential policies to support Party B's work.
1. Party A shall return the gross sales volume of Party B to the Party B as a promotional fee to Party B.

If the amount reaches more than 1%, Party A will make a rebate according to the sales amount of Party B's sales per month.
3. Party B can introduce and develop lower level distributors and affiliates.

4. Party A can provide free advertising position free of charge.
