This competition is divided into six groups: child group, low school group, high school group, junior high school group, high school group (including general high school, vocational college and College) and animation group.

Animated works require size not exceeding 10M, time from 30 seconds to 5 minutes, unified by 720 x 576pix, 25 frames / sec size.
