Provincial Bureau Of Industry And Commerce Standardizing And Improving The Recognition And Management Of Famous Trademarks
In order to further standardize and improve the identification and management of famous trademarks in Heilongjiang Province, the provincial commerce and Industry Bureau amended the "measures for the identification and protection of famous trademarks in Heilongjiang" this month, and implemented them in the whole province.
"Measures" identify the rules, conditions, procedures, trademark protection from the responsibilities of the organization.

Over the years, the provincial Trade and Industry Bureau has thoroughly implemented the trademark strategy.
Registered trademark
The total number reached 99123.
Among them, 86 well-known trademarks in China, 947 famous trademarks in the province and 44 geographical indications.

Today, the total number of registered trademarks of enterprises in Nanhu District is more than 4300, and brand construction has a solid foundation.
The region has 4 National Geographic Indications, such as Xinfeng ginger, Phoenix Bridge honey peach, etc., China's well-known trademarks of 11, such as Wu Fang Zhai, Long Zhu, wo Xin industries, Jiaxin silk, star energy and so on.
There are 25 famous trademarks in other provinces, 92 famous trademarks in the city and 21 famous trademarks in the region.

In recent years, Nanhu District has thoroughly implemented trademark brand strategy, constantly improved brand incentive policies, rewarded enterprises with famous trademarks at all levels, accelerated the pace of brand building, and promoted economic pformation and upgrading.
The green morning company located in Fung Qiao town is a comprehensive agricultural leading enterprise. At the beginning of its establishment, it registered the trademark of "green morning".
Yu Fengzhen, general manager of the company, believes that the brand is not only a concrete symbol, but a consumer's word of mouth. "For our dehydrated vegetable industry, the most direct benefit of brand value is that customers will directly find us, rather than we go to customers, because good brand is the guarantee of quality."
From 2007 to now, the annual output of dehydrated vegetables has ranged from more than 100 tons to more than 500 tons, from hundreds of households to more than 8000 farmers nowadays. Customers have been confined to Zhejiang from all over the country, and "green morning" has also been known from a silent trademark to the whole dehydrated vegetable industry.
Of course, the successful application of the provincial famous trademark is also inseparable from the help of the market supervision department.
Last year, after the establishment of the market supervision bureau of Nanhu District, brand construction was taken as one of the key points of work, and the cultivation of famous brand enterprises was actively done to promote the development of brand economy in Nanhu District.
For enterprises that need trademark service, the district market supervision bureau adopts the way of special service, and puts forward the proposal of "trademark strategy development" for enterprises, directing enterprises how to create cards, use cards and protect cards; focusing on enterprises, agricultural products and service industries, focusing on the enterprises, agricultural products and service industries, and comprehensively combing and enriching the first-class support and cultivation libraries of well-known trademarks and provincial, municipal and district level famous trademark enterprises, classifying and guiding enterprises in cultivating Kali, implementing "one to one" assistance to key licensing enterprises, and launching the project of "one village, one standard", "one enterprise, one standard" and "one society and one standard", cultivating a batch of local independent brands, promoting the upgrading of industrial archives, and enhancing the competitiveness of regional industries.
For the enterprises that have successfully created the brand, the district market supervision bureau will continue to make good use of trademark guidance, and help enterprises to plan for sustainable development around trademark registration, application, management and protection.
Last year, the Administration issued the "administrative proposal" to 10 well-known trademark enterprises in the area, informing the new trademark law of restrictive provisions on the use of well-known trademarks, and urging enterprises to use them in accordance with the law.
In 2014, it also strengthened the protection of trademark exclusive rights, and investigated 13 trademark infringement cases involving 3 foreign trademarks.
