At present, the development of China's garment industry cluster has made hard won achievements.

The industrial layout and industrial structure are clear and the supply chain is becoming more and more complete; the local government's industrial cluster policy has been constantly adjusted, and the support has been intensified; the construction of public service platform is more common, more practical and diversified; the export manufacturing mode is innovating to expand the survival and development space; since the main brand construction is developing rapidly, the leading enterprises have a significant driving effect; the integration of informatization and industrialization has been valued and developed.

There are still some problems in the development of garment industry cluster.

The development of cluster is not balanced, the enthusiasm of the government needs to be strengthened, the construction of public service platform is far from enough, the capability of independent innovation needs to be improved, the industrial foundation is relatively weak, and the resources of elements are scarce.

To enhance the development of industrial clusters, it is necessary to support technology and brand and cultivate them.

We should build a cluster brand and move towards the new industrialization development road closely integrating service industry, high-tech industry and cultural creative industry.

The apparel industry cluster should strengthen economic and trade cooperation with the international garment economic region, seize the opportunity, timely adjust the industrial structure, plan the new pattern of global resource allocation, and innovate the system construction into a new topic. Technological progress has become the driving force for the pformation of the extensive mode of development of the cluster, and the level of intensification has been speeded up.
