Japan Sets Up New Standards For Textile Care Labeling
From the Ningbo entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau, the Japanese Consumer Affairs Office (CAA) recently announced that according to the household products Quality Labeling Law, the quality and quality of household products used in daily life are more accurate, so as to better protect the interests of the general consumers. At the same time, it is also consistent with the ISO nursing label system. The Japanese consumer affairs department approved the adoption of the new textile fiber textile label standard "JIS L 0001:2014", and will officially replace the current textile care label standard JIS L 0217 in December 1, 2016.

The types of nursing symbols increased from 22 to 41. They were classified into 7 labels, namely, washing, bleaching, turning drying, natural drying, ironing, dry cleaning and wet cleaning.
