China Textile Machinery Association held a scientific and technological achievements appraisal meeting of "intelligent logistics system of chemical fiber production" in Suzhou, Jiangsu province.
The project is jointly undertaken by Beijing Institute of mechanical industry automation and Jiangsu Sheng Hong Polytron Technologies Inc.

The intelligent logistics system of chemical fiber production developed by the project has realized the roll assembly from the silk car line.

The whole process automation of pportation, storage, inspection, classification and packing to palletizing can meet the needs of classification, sorting and packaging of various batch numbers and grades, and automatically track and label printing of packaged products.
The project has been put into operation with 4 systems, stable production, advanced and reliable technology, high cost performance, and industrialization. The system performance index meets the needs of users, and has significant economic and social benefits.
After hearing the project completion report, on-site inspection, related material review and on-site questioning and discussion, the Committee held that the overall technology of the project reached the international advanced level, and agreed that the project was identified through scientific and technological achievements and suggested that it should be further promoted.
