In order to further expand the foreign legal service business and continuously strengthen exchanges between the lawyers in China and Russia, the Manchuria Bar Association firmly grasped the current development opportunity of the Sino Russian strategic partnership of coordination, and combined with our foreign legal service work, carried out the exchanges and cooperation between the lawyers' associations of China and Russia to achieve a new breakthrough in Sino Russian legal service cooperation.

In June 15th, "the signing ceremony of cooperation between China and Manchuria and the lawyers association of the Republic of Russia" was held in our city. The relevant leaders of the Municipal Judicial Bureau and the bar association attended the signing ceremony.
