According to the announcement, Shanghai Semir, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, acquired 17.67% of the ISE company in South Korea and signed a joint venture contract with ISE, South Korea.

The new company will mainly develop e-commerce, investment management, import and export of goods,

Clothing, beauty equipment and other businesses.

It is understood that ISE is provided in Korea.

The service leader has two websites, WIZWID and WConcept.

Among them, WIZWID is Korea's first website providing cross-border e-commerce services, mainly introducing the European and American fashionable consumer goods into the Korean domestic market, occupying 50% of the Korean electricity supplier market. WConcept is an e-commerce platform for the Korean market to provide fashion brands in Korea.

The market share of brand e-commerce is sixth.

Insiders pointed out that it is precisely because of the rich ISE business resources and overseas experience in purchasing products from overseas and European countries that Semir has been investing in the electricity market.

Data show that in 2014, Semir electricity sales exceeded 900 million yuan.

As early as April this year, Semir bought 17.67% of ISE company with its own capital of about 115 million yuan, becoming the second largest shareholder of ISE.
