Through many years' efforts, a set of effective mechanisms for protecting intellectual property rights of exhibitions has been constructed from pre exhibition to post exhibition.

First of all, all exhibitors must abide by the intellectual property protection undertaking signed by the Organizing Committee of the exhibition.

Secondly, the organizing committee will still set up the legal advisory office at the exhibition site, which is responsible for the protection of intellectual property rights during the exhibition.

The members of the office are composed of the legal staff of the sponsor, the senior lawyers in the intellectual property field, the Intellectual Property Office, the copyright bureau and the staff of the trade and Industry Bureau.

Finally, the organizing committee has always attached great importance to the publicity of the protection of property rights. Apart from placing a series of publicity materials in English and Chinese in the corresponding locations, it has provided a convenient way for the exhibitors to follow the rules.

In recent home textile exhibitions, the number of intellectual property disputes has declined.

This is due to the increasing awareness of intellectual property protection in domestic enterprises. On the other hand, it comes from the strengthening of judicial and administrative protection of intellectual property rights and the enhancement of law-abiding awareness of domestic enterprises.
