Shenyang Customs Starts Tax Collection Mode

Learned from the Shenyang customs, since July 27th, the national customs has formally promoted the tax collection reform.

As the first batch of tax collection modes of the General Administration of customs, all the business sites of Shenyang customs also launched the summary tax collection mode.

During the pilot period, 3 enterprises in Shenyang customs have obtained the qualification to collect taxes. A total of 12053 tax bills were paid through the aggregate tax mode, and the tax amount was 4 billion 310 million yuan, ranking the first place in the national customs.

It is the innovation of the General Administration of Customs in deepening the reform of tax collection and management and facilitating the clearance of enterprises.

Under this mode, reputable import and export enterprises can collect and record taxes at the registered customs offices with the help of the letter of guarantee issued by the commercial banks or the deposit of the deposit. If the enterprises are allowed to handle customs clearance at any import port in the country, the customs temporarily does not print the tax bill, and only deducts the corresponding amount of the tax payable.

After that, the goods are released and all taxes are collected in five working days before the next month.

Han Gang, Deputy Commissioner of customs and excise, said that after the tax collection mode was launched, enterprises could enjoy many benefits.

For example, the total amount declared to the customs in the form of "aggregate tax payment" can be used within the limit of the letter of guarantee, which can achieve monthly settlement and uniformly pay taxes to the customs, thus saving the cash flow of enterprises, simplifying the tax payment operation process, and saving a lot of manpower, warehousing and logistics costs.
