In recent months, logistics companies are no longer new.
Linyi, known as the capital of China's logistics industry, has exposed many logistics companies running in less than two months.

Even if the logistics company can abide by the integrity, there are other uncertainties on the whole chain. On the one hand, the logistics company dare not offend the consignee, and the consignee delays the payment of money in various ways after taking delivery, but the money can not be collected. On the other hand, the logistics company is distributed in many outlets. After the goods are delivered, the logistics company receives money from the remote outlets instead of the company headquarters, and how long the money can be handed to the headquarters. This is a problem. In addition, some logistics companies do not have their own outlets in some place, but cooperate with other logistics companies in the local area to set up outlets, so that money becomes another logistics company and increases the risk.
"The current situation is that the more logistics companies the more money they receive, the lower the freight rate. That is to say, the profits or accounts brought by the funds have a lot of money illusion, so that the logistics enterprises with ulterior motives or their own financial system are not sound enough to regard the collection as a new source of profits.
While small businesses aim at profit seeking, they always choose the standard of logistics companies, that is, low prices, which in turn helps the growth of such logistics companies.
Li Yanxi said that according to his preliminary statistics, 70% of the 80 logistics companies in the country currently have money collection business, and 90% of them receive cash pactions and basically collect all the money.
Han Xuefeng, deputy general manager of the pportation business division of the National Pharmaceutical Group Logistics Co., Ltd., which has been engaged in the logistics industry for many years, said that at present, the law of collecting money from the logistics enterprises in China is blank, and there is no guarantee for the collection of goods between businesses and logistics enterprises. Objectively speaking, the mode of collecting money has played an absolute role in promoting the development of small business enterprises in China. However, due to the emergence of some risks, collecting money now has become a cancer that many businesses hate.
As a matter of fact, as early as 2012, the logistics industry began to run frequently. Some of the logistics markets or parks had posted slogans of "no payment for collection", but the phenomenon of collecting money was still widespread.
According to Li Yanxi, starting from 2012, there are dozens of companies every year, and even hundreds of logistics companies are on the road, basically concentrated in the new year.
At the beginning of this year, at a meeting of China Federation of logistics and purchasing, many people raised the question of collecting money from the logistics industry.

But these third party software are all used in the region, and the popularity rate is low.
Now, many large Internet companies are discussing this form of cooperation with banks.
Pan Yonggang said that according to the current mode of collecting money by the logistics company, the consignee will pay for the money after delivery. The consignor will have to wait for a period of time to get the whole amount. If there is a platform that allows the consignor to deliver the goods at the same time, he will receive the payment, so everyone will have a lot of enthusiasm in using it.
The key to such a scheme is the willingness of banks to cooperate.
This requires the third party platform to have a large volume of pactions every day, because banks have to bear the cost of settlement and the allocation cost of POS. For banks, the amount of deposit money is not enough, the deposits brought to banks are limited and the interests are limited. Only when the amount of money is very large, banks are willing to remit money in real time.
"The frequent departure of logistics enterprises is closely related to their participation in cash flow. The core of the introduction of the third party platform is to free the logistics company from the cash flow from the collection of payments, so that it can only participate in the cash flow and not participate in the cash flow.
In the long run, a nationwide third party platform has a market, but it requires the third party platform to provide better services to promote practitioners to change the inherent way of trading.
