The fashion show is one of the two thematic exhibitions.

This is the second consecutive year that the textile and garment industry has made a collective appearance at the most important economic and trade event in Xinjiang.

Through the platform of cooperation and exchange between China and Eurasia Expo and the 2015 Eurasian commodity trade fair, the industry attracts domestic and foreign textile and garment processing enterprises to invest in Xinjiang. Relying on the advantages of advanced textile and garment enterprises in technology, management and marketing, it is organically combined with Xinjiang's regional advantages, resources advantages and national cultural advantages. It promotes and guides the large enterprises and large groups that have the advantages of industrial chain and domestic and foreign sales channels, pferring the terminal of the industrial chain to Xinjiang, establishing export processing bases, speeding up the development of Xinjiang textile and garment industry, and promoting the employment of millions of people.

At the 2015 business fair, Xinjiang's textile and garment industry has seen a great leap forward in the past year.

Xinjiang exhibitors for the first time exceeded 50%

According to Chi Wenjie, deputy director of the Xinjiang International Expo Bureau and deputy director and Secretary General of the 2015 Asia Europe Commodity Trade Expo Organizing Committee, there are 220 enterprises participating in the 2015 Asia Europe commodity trade fair, including 53.3% of the enterprises in the territory and 46.7% of the enterprises outside the territory.

In 2014, the first textile and clothing exhibition held in the fourth China Asia Europe Expo accounted for less than 40% of the total number of exhibitors.

This data strongly proves that Xinjiang textile and garment enterprises have made great progress in the past year under the care of the central and autonomous regions.

In the textile and clothing exhibition, we can see that most of the enterprises in Xinjiang and Hotan, Kashi, Akesu, Bazhou, Yili and other Prefecture enterprises were put into operation in 2014.

The vice president of the Xinjiang clothing association, Hetian limi Mu commerce and Trade Co., Ltd. has displayed a super booth at the exhibition.

Buli Jiang, chairman of the company, invested 30 million yuan in 2014 to run a garment factory in Moyu County, which has driven 670 local people to work, and his business has received 8 million yuan reward from the government.

Uble Jean said that the government basically rewarded 10 thousand yuan for each enterprise to solve 1 jobs. By the end of this year, all of its enterprises have been put into operation. It is expected that 1500 people will be employed, and his company will also receive subsidies from the government.

The government encourages investment in the clothing industry, but how to grow and develop in the fierce market competition depends on its own efforts. Now, he not only produces school uniforms and professional clothes to solve the problems of enterprise survival, but also invites the master from Zhejiang to design and develop all kinds of national costume adornments as materials.

This year, he received a $3 million export contract to Uzbekistan.

In the Zhejiang exhibition area of the textile and clothing exhibition, Yusa Nasr, general manager of Yiwu Hai Gong Trade Co., Ltd. is the only Uygur in Zhejiang businessmen.

Yusa Nasr left Kashi for Yiwu in 1994, when he was a plator for others.

2 years later, he began to be his own boss and used his language advantage to do business with merchants from Central Asia, West Asia and Pakistan. Now, his company's annual export volume has exceeded $5 million, and he himself settled in Yiwu and became a native of Pakistan.

Yusa Nasr said that in 2014, he heard that the central and autonomous regions should vigorously develop the textile and garment industry in Xinjiang and came to Urumqi to participate in the fourth China Asia Europe exposition.

This year, he signed up early to join in.

This time, he wants to use his sales channels to invest in a weaving factory in Xinjiang, to make his career bigger, and at the same time to bring more folks to work and give back to his hometown.

Textile and garment projects contracted only second of petroleum and petrochemical companies.

In August 14th, the 2015 Asia Europe Commodity Trade Fair held the key business promotion conference and signing ceremony of the business fair, signing 24 textile and garment items at the scene, signing the contract amount of 25 billion 286 million yuan, accounting for 23.6% of the total contracted items of the industrial projects, ranking second in the 14 categories of textile industry, ranking second only to the petroleum and petrochemical industry in Xinjiang, which is a highlight of this key contract project. In particular, Bazhou, Akesu and Kashi signed 17 textile and garment projects in 3 Southern Xinjiang provinces, with the signing amount of 22 billion 676 million yuan, accounting for 89.7% of the total contracted items of textile and clothing projects.

Of the 24 textile and garment projects signed, 20 of the investors came from 19 provinces and cities. The contracted amount of textile and garment industry in 19 provinces and cities in Xinjiang was 23 billion 776 million yuan, accounting for 94% of the total contracted items of textile and clothing projects.

In 2014, the second central Xinjiang work forum confirmed the implementation of the strategic plan for developing the textile and garment industry in Xinjiang, and plans to use 10 years or so to achieve the goal of promoting the employment of 1 million people through the development of the textile and apparel industry chain.

The state has given a series of special industrial policies to support Xinjiang's textile and garment industry 10 billion yuan and all value-added tax is returned to industrial development.

The autonomous region has also introduced 10 preferential policies, such as low tariff, freight subsidy, new cotton subsidy, employment training, employee social security subsidy and loan discount, so that the cost of Xinjiang's textile and garment industry is reduced by about 10% compared with that of the mainland, which greatly improves the competitiveness of enterprises and the attraction of investment.

According to statistics, in 2014, Xinjiang's textile and garment industry fixed assets investment completed 9 billion 615 million yuan, a record high, an increase of 76.1%, an increase of 58.9% over the highest in 2011, the introduction of 48 mainland textile and garment projects, and 40 thousand new jobs throughout the year.

In 2015, Xinjiang's textile and garment industry attracted further investment and promotion. As of the end of June this year, the mainland's textile and garment enterprises had invested 118 projects in Xinjiang, including 58 textile projects, with a total investment of 26 billion 750 million yuan and 60 clothing and home textile projects, with a total investment of 2 billion 929 million yuan.

The fixed assets investment in the textile and garment industry reached 7 billion 50 million yuan, an increase of 187% over the same period last year.

It is expected that 4 million spindles will be added this year, and the Xinjiang textile scale is expected to exceed 10 million spindles at the end of this year.

The region has added 50 million new garments and 67 thousand new jobs.

The autonomous region has increased the construction of textile and clothing "three cities, seven gardens, one center" road, water supply and drainage, heating and other infrastructure facilities and supporting living facilities, construction of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment facilities, and the construction of standard textile workshop, further improving the capacity and level of key textile and garment industrial parks to undertake industrial pfer, and promoting the development of industrial agglomeration.

At present, the total area of "three cities, seven gardens and one center" is 307 square kilometers, and the total number of existing textile and garment enterprises in the park has reached 182. In the 70 key parks in 2015, the supporting facilities such as infrastructure, pportation and affordable housing are being comprehensively constructed. The Akesu textile industrial city sewage treatment plant project and the Korla textile and Garment City printing and dyeing wastewater treatment and water reuse project are basically completed.

At present, Xinjiang has formed Urumqi, Changji, Shihezi, Kuitun and Korla -- five major industrial clusters, Weili, Akesu, alar and Kashi.

This year, in order to import more textile and clothing products from Xinjiang into the Western Asian market, the autonomous region coordinates the railway sector to solve the pport corridor problem, and strives to open 10 rows of textile and clothing lines to Central Asia, Russia and Europe in the whole year.

Xinjiang has speeded up its pace towards Asia Europe market.

Multi forum to provide reference for Xinjiang textile and garment innovation and development

The government is developing the textile and garment industry in a big way. Many people worry that if the market is so big, if the products are not sold, will the industrial development die out?

During the business fair, a number of forums and press conferences on textile and garment industry were also held, from which we can see that governments and departments at all levels are trying to guide enterprises to upgrade and refine the market.

At the business fair, the organizing committee specially invited the textile and garment enterprises in Shaanxi and Taiwan to participate in the exhibition and exchanged with Xinjiang textile and garment enterprises.

The biggest feature of these two textile and garment enterprises is that they carry out all-round technological innovation on the basis of science and technology in the field of textile and clothing, and thus go against the trend in the fierce market competition.

Since 1999, under the auspices of Prof. Yao Mu, Professor of the Chinese Academy of engineering, the functional textile materials research center of Xi'an Polytechnic University has been formally established. It has opened the first place for special research on functional textiles in domestic textile universities. In the next 10 years, a large number of Functional Textile Scientific and technological achievements have completed scientific research, making Shaanxi province a leading domestic level in the research and development of functional textiles.

Since 2009, Shaanxi has included the functional textile and garment industry in the province's textile and clothing adjustment and revitalization plan and the "12th Five-Year" development plan's key supporting development industries. The government has provided preferential policy support. The industry has increased investment in technological pformation, improved the level of technological progress, and enhanced its competitiveness in the domestic market.

Shaanxi's textile and garment industry has achieved leaping development in the whole industry.

From 2009 to 2014, the total industrial output value of garment enterprises above Designated Size maintained a 30% growth rate for 5 consecutive years, of which the contribution rate of functional occupation apparel industry accounted for more than 40% of the whole industry.

Shaanxi's R & D series of functional textile and garment industry has become the leader in the field of professional wear in China.

The textile industry is an index industry of Taiwan's economic growth, with an annual export volume of about US $12 billion.

    Taiwan

Zhan Zhengtian, the chairman of the Textile Development Association, led 10 local enterprises, such as Daewoo, Han Xin, Yi Mei hang, Xin Ke spinning, and so on, bringing various functional textiles with fashionable and fashionable fabrics and high technology content, such as outdoor special hats, gloves, and anti-bacterial functions such as UV protection, moisture absorption and sweating.

Yang Xiaoqin, Deputy Secretary General of Taiwan Textile Development Association and director of market development department, said that Taiwan textiles are now developing towards the three major trends, that is, emphasizing functionality, popularity and environmental protection.

Mainland China is now vigorously developing textile and garment industry in Xinjiang, giving many policies. Taiwan spinning and weaving association is willing to share its experience with Xinjiang counterparts, and hopes to find opportunities for cooperation.

Li Yanwu, a carpet dealer in Guangdong, got a super booth at the business fair to show the Iran carpet.

The carpets on display are all from the Solomon carpet Group in Iran, which is the world's most influential manual carpet manufacturer.

As an agent of the company in China, Li Yanwu's company is in Guangdong, and its carpet customers are mainly in Xinjiang and Central Asian countries around Xinjiang.

Li Yanwu said that compared with Xinjiang rugs, Persian rugs are more colorful, cheaper and more popular with consumers.

If a carpenter's carpet is sold at a price of only 900 yuan per square metre, and the handmade carpet of Xinjiang will not be sold without 3000 yuan, the main reason is that the Iran Solomon company has developed the imitation woven carpet machine, which has greatly improved the work efficiency.

And the quality is no worse than manual.

The carpet weaving machine sells for about 20000000 yuan, 10 times more expensive than the domestic carpet weaving machine.
