He put forward three suggestions for the future development of clothing industry cluster: planning and policy ahead, building high quality public service platform, consolidating basic work, promoting social brand construction, promoting regional brand upgrading, pforming growth mode, promoting intelligent manufacturing with cross boundary cooperation, and realizing the convergence of value chain through the above downstream cooperation.
