1200 Pieces Of "Wujiang Cloth" Compete For "Fabric Oscar"

The design competition and the thirty-fourth (2016/2017 autumn and winter) selection of China's popular fabrics and the enrolment of the 2015 China eco environmental fabric competition have ended.

There are over 100 enterprises in Wujiang, and more than 1200 pieces of fabrics are judged. The number of enterprises and fabrics is among the top of the country.

"The products submitted here show the strong strength and strong innovation ability of Wujiang, especially Shengze textile enterprises."

Chen Tingliang, Secretary General of the China Oriental silk market popular fabric Association, told reporters that a large number of powerful Shengze textile enterprises were competing for the popular fabric evaluation and eco friendly fabric design competition. Chen Tingliang said that Shengze textile enterprises have a wide range of fabric products, covering cotton, wool, linen, silk, polyester, nylon knitted and so on, and the application direction involves men's clothing,

"The fabric research and development of these textile enterprises are innovative, with high technology content, and they have always been on the road of eco environmental protection."

Chen Tingliang told reporters that many of the fabrics selected by Shengze textile enterprises, such as anti ultraviolet thin fabrics, double checked velvet,

Silk fabrics, memory fabrics, renewable fiber fabrics, jacquard printed fabrics and other products all represent the top R & D level in the industry, showing high fashion and high quality products that are leading the market trend.

"I believe that in the two competitions this year, Shengze textile enterprises can achieve better results."

He said.

The "China fashion fabric finalists review" campaign began in 1999, and was held two times a year in spring, summer and autumn.

At present, the activity has become one of the most influential professional accreditation activities in China's textile industry, and also an important platform for fabric companies to show their research and development capabilities.

The jury will be composed of well-known textile designers at home and abroad, famous clothing brand designers, international buyers and suppliers representatives.

The jury will conduct a comprehensive assessment and screening of the participating products strictly according to the evaluation criteria. 2015 China eco environmental protection fabric design competition is a new competition.
