By July this year, among the 76 key tasks, in addition to 15 regular chemical works, more than 20 items have been basically implemented, nearly 30 have made significant progress, 139 major projects have completed and 80 projects have been completed, and the total investment has reached 5676 billion yuan, which has laid a good foundation for promoting the revitalization and development of Northeast China.
