Currently, the special construction fund has invested 12 billion yuan, which has mainly supported major projects such as the construction of sub center of Tongzhou, Beijing, and other pportation system construction projects such as Beijing new airport, Beijing Tianjin railway, Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, Beijing Hongkong and Macao expressway, regional ecological and environmental protection construction projects such as Beijing Tianjin sand storm source control and three North Shelterbelt. Zhongguancun, Zhongguancun, National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone, Tianjin Binhai and Hebei Caofeidian jointly build Zhongguancun Industrial Park and three other industries.
