"From the perspective of protecting children's healthy growth, we have made strict restrictions on health and safety.

The standard applies to 0 to 14 years of age, shoes below 245, the upper is drawn from various fabrics, suitable for children wearing rubber soles or other elastic body bottom shoes.

The standard is formulated on the basis of the original chemical industry standard HG/T2494-2005 "cloth coated rubber shoes", which integrates the relevant standards and regulations at home and abroad. It basically preserves the original physical properties, the thickness of the outer floor and the appearance quality as recommended technical requirements, which increases the health and safety performance and some physical safety performance requirements, and is a mandatory requirement (except for pH value).

The standard is divided into class A and B according to the wearing objects, representing 36 months and below infants and children wearing rubber coated shoes, and 36 to 14 years old children wear cloth shoes, except for cloth baby rubber shoes.

Since the implementation of the standards for 4 years, quality supervision has been carried out by local quality supervision, industry and Commerce institutions and the State Administration of quality supervision and quarantine.

2015

A total of 12 batches of children's rubber shoes were inspected, and 3 batches of products were unqualified. The pass rate was 75%, and the unqualified items were tensile strength and adhesion strength of the round bar and the side surface. Compared with the 2014, the pass rate decreased by 17.9%.

Taking into account the cartilage of the feet of infants under 1 years of age, the shoes are mainly comfortable, warm, soft, and light. The standard stipulates that the shoe size is not greater than 125, and the physical properties and the thickness of the outer floor are not assessed.
