Li Dinghai, the chairman of the company, said, "for example, the comfort of the soles, the soles of adult shoes need to be harder and the wear resistance is higher, but the children's shoes are soft."

Li Dinghai said that when there is no standard of children's shoes, they often encounter different situations of standards and actual production requirements.

In 2013, Li Dinghai began to participate in the drafting of the "safety rules for children's shoes". He met with other drafting units on an irregular basis and went through market research at a time.

This standard has standardized the factors that cause or may cause child harm in the technical requirements. It especially emphasizes the safety of children's shoes in two aspects of physical and mechanical safety performance and limited substances, such as children's shoes should not reveal the nail tip, effective height should not be greater than 25 milli meters, etc., harmful chemicals, odor and so on have also made the relevant requirements and limit rules.

Many of the requirements are for the first time in footwear related standards.

How to understand the gap between products and standards and deal with risks ahead of time? Since September 16th, Chengbei street has formally implemented the standard of safety and harmful substances for children's shoes. The standard has been put forward and formulated for more than 1 years, and children's shoes enterprises have participated in drafting 40 families. The index is equivalent to the standard of children's shoes safety technology standard, and the tensile strength of children's accessories is higher than the national standard.

From July 1st this year, the regulations on the post processing of disqualified products produced by the state supervision and sampling inspection of product quality were carried out. The AQSIQ handled very stringent measures for the production of disqualified products, including stopping production, marketing, ordering rectification, and closing down business, and even revoked the relevant licenses.

It is worth mentioning that in addition to the quality of footwear products, footwear products logo is also listed on the AQSIQ's sampling list, which involves 11 elements, such as trademarks, product names, shoe numbers (country codes), materials, origin, business names, contact ways, three package regulations, and production dates.

These are bound to give Wenling children's shoes industry and national level.
