In August 17th, the pition from Chengdu to the temporary pition workshop of the footwear industry town in Lezhi County lasted nearly a year.

Zhou Zujun, the general manager of enterprises, started from July last year, and was consistent with the whole factory.

"At the end of September last year, the production began, and it took only 2 months to rent temporary plants and to go to the EIA until it was put into production."

Zhou Zujun said that at present, more than 13 of the capacity of Hai Le star has been pferred to Lezhi, basically meeting the needs of old customers.

In an interview with reporters, Zhou Zujun looked out of the window from time to time, and the factory was about to start building less than a kilometre away from the temporary over factory building. It was scheduled for October this year.

"The new factory building is wider than Chengdu, and the layout of workshop, machinery and pipeline will be more reasonable."

Zhou Zujun confidently said that in the early August of next year, the new plant can be built and put into use. After the pition period of this year, it can be "100 years without moving."

Obvious location advantages exceed 500 shoe enterprises moved from Chengdu to Ziyang.

In the second half of 2017, there were more than 500 shoe companies.

And cluster bridge area, moved to Ziyang.

As there is a certain agreement, they have chosen Anyue and Lezhi as new bases.

In Anyue, 248 shoe companies have passed the approval of China Merchants, and 47 of them have been put into production.

And in the shoe industry characteristic town of Lezhi County, there are already 266 shoe industry and supporting enterprises signing.

When it comes to attracting shoes

The root of the factor is Yu Dong, the deputy general manager of Yu Cheng international shoe making industrial park.

"We have the advantage of pportation. Anyue is in the middle of Chengdu and Chongqing. It takes only 40 minutes to reach Tianfu International Airport and 70 minutes to drive to Chongqing international port."

Gao said that in the next three to five years, Anyue will establish a three-dimensional system of water, land and air pportation, which will greatly satisfy the needs of shoemaking enterprises.

In Zhou Zujun's view, Lezhi is closer to the Tianfu International Airport under construction.

In January 23rd this year, Lezhi county international shoe industry characteristic town officially started, supporting shoe material trading center, built a foundation to undertake Chengdu industrial pfer.

At present, more than 30 shoe manufacturers have made pition production through idle factories in the leased area, including famous footwear companies such as Dadong, Dity and Bai Ni, whose annual output value is close to 300 million yuan.

The government provides "one-stop service" to allow shoe companies to "pack their bags".

"Shoemaking industry is labor-intensive industry, and the county situation of Anyue county is highly matched with this industry."

Gao said that Anyue county is the largest county in Sichuan province with abundant labor force. If the idle labor force is pformed into industrial workers, it is also a great advantage for attracting shoe enterprises.

At present, Anyue county not only introduces the original shoemaking workers in Chengdu, but also trains local workers through the way of "teachers with disciples".

"Next step, we will focus on professional training."

Gao said that the industrial park is introducing a shoemaking training school in Anyue, "more of its own hematopoiesis."

The local government will provide one-stop service for the shoe enterprises entering the park.

"The current policy is that we provide ready-made factories and free property services. Besides, if the shoe industry wants to buy factories in the locality, the government will give some subsidies, so that the enterprises can make the production as soon as possible."
