A few days ago, the Shanxi Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau announced the results of quality supervision and inspection of 24 kinds of products, such as children's clothing and so on, organized by the Quality Supervision Bureau in the second quarter of 2018. It involves 5 kinds of products, such as daily and textile products, light industrial products, building and decoration materials, machinery and security, food related products.

A total of 802 batches of products from 726 enterprises were selected.

There were 781 batches of qualified products, the qualified rate of spot checks was 97.4%, 21 batches were unqualified, and the detection rate of substandard products was 2.6%.

Unqualified products, students clothing, shirts, men's trousers, men's shoes, fitted glasses 5 products unqualified detection rate is less than 5%; casual wear, T-Shirts, women's tops, skirts, building metal insulation sandwich panels 5 products of the unqualified detection rate between 5% and 10%; 1 women's pants, 1 products of the detection rate is higher than 10%.

Student clothing samples of 69 batches of products sold by 68 enterprises in the province were surveyed. 12 items including formaldehyde content, pH value, odor, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye, dry rubbing fastness and alkali fastness were tested, and 1 batches of unqualified products were detected, and the unqualified detection rate was 1.4%.

Casual clothing has sampled 35 batches of products produced by 35 enterprises in Taiyuan and Changzhi. The 12 items including formaldehyde content, pH value, peculiar smell, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye and dry rubbing fastness were tested. Two batches of unqualified products were detected, and the unqualified detection rate was 5.7%.

The shirt checked 30 batches of products from 28 distribution enterprises in Taiyuan, focusing on 9 items including formaldehyde content, pH value, odor, acid fastness, sweat fastness, fiber content and so on. 1 batches of failed products were detected, and the unqualified detection rate was 3.3%.

The T-shirt checked 30 batches of products produced by 29 enterprises in Taiyuan, focusing on 10 items including formaldehyde content, pH value, odor, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye, dry rubbing color fastness, alkali resistance and sweat fastness. Two batches of unqualified products were detected, and the detection rate of unqualified products was 6.7%.

The unqualified items involve fiber content and color fastness to light and sweat.

The women's tops have checked 37 batches of products from 37 distribution enterprises in Taiyuan, focusing on 9 items, including formaldehyde content, pH value, odor, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye and dry friction color fastness, and 3 batches of unqualified products, and the unqualified detection rate is 8.1%.

The 20 batch products of 20 distribution enterprises in Taiyuan were checked by skirts. 9 items, including formaldehyde content, pH value, odor, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye and dry rubbing fastness, were tested. 1 batches of unqualified products were detected, and the unqualified detection rate was 5%.

The substandard items relate to alkali fastness to perspiration, acid fastness to perspiration, and color fastness to water.

The women's trousers sampled 25 batches of products from 21 distribution enterprises in Shuozhou and Xinzhou, focusing on 9 items including formaldehyde content, pH value, odor, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye and so on. 3 batches of unqualified products were detected, and the unqualified detection rate was 12%.

The unqualified items relate to the fiber content, water fastness and pH value of the products.

Men's trousers were checked in Shuozhou.

The 25 batches of products of the 22 distributors focused on formaldehyde content, pH value, odor, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes.

9 items such as content were tested, 1 batches were not qualified, and the unqualified detection rate was 4%.

Men's shoes sampled 60 batches of products from 50 distribution enterprises in Taiyuan, focusing on two items of appearance quality and peel strength of the products. 1 batches of unqualified products were detected, and the unqualified detection rate was 1.7%.

22 batches of products from 11 production enterprises in Taiyuan were surveyed, and 4 items of appearance quality, size deviation, bond strength and peeling performance were detected. Two batches of failed products were detected, and the unqualified detection rate was 9.1%.
