President Yang Chengjie said that over the years, the output of Chinese shoemaking has exceeded ten billion pairs, exceeding 60% of the world's total output, and is recognized as a big shoe industry in the world.
However, in recent years, due to the downturn of the world economy, the rise of labor costs, the impact of electricity suppliers and so on, the development of China's footwear industry has been unprecedentedly challenged. Many shoe companies have been losing their production, some shoe companies have closed their doors, some have been on the Road, and some have moved abroad. The whole shoe industry in China is very unoptimistic. In the face of such a situation, how should the shoemaking industry deal with it?
First of all, we need to strengthen our confidence and believe that China is still the most suitable country to produce footwear.
We have many advantages and favorable conditions, which are difficult for other countries to form and compare.
The main battlefield of shoemaking is still in China in the next decade or even decades.
Second, we must make improvements so as to realistically pform and upgrade industries. We must adhere to innovation and promote pformation from low-end manufacturing to high-end manufacturing, so as to enhance the added value of products.
Third, we need to achieve the two brand building.
In the past decades of reform and opening up, our shoemaking industry has attached great importance to building brands. For this reason, we have invested a lot of manpower and material resources, but unfortunately, until now, we haven't had a decent brand that can be regarded as an international brand. There are many problems, but the main problem is that we lack the quality and taste of products.
Products or enterprises without quality and taste can hardly form the brand of the world.
President Yang said that holding such a shoe brand event will help promote exchanges and negotiations between footwear companies and promote the development of the industry. He believes that in today's shoe industry's unprecedented difficulties, holding such a brand event will definitely help promote the pformation and upgrading of our footwear industry and brand building.
