However, the report points out that price fraud still exists.

The report also pointed out that online shopping crowd, such as electronic products, clothing, footwear and household appliances, has a large scale, a large amount of consumption and uneven quality of products. It is the hardest hit area of e-commerce, and the number of cases of credit breaking is the highest, accounting for 35.28%, 23.97% and 12.31% respectively.

Specifically, electronic products, mobile phones (58.7%), tablet computers (19.48%), notebook computers (12.08%) related to more cases of credit, mainly concentrated in product quality, false promotions and price fraud and so on.
