Practical Technical Expert Cooperation Agreement
In order to further standardize the construction and management of technical experts and strengthen cooperation between the company and technical experts, the two sides have reached a consensus and signed a cooperation agreement to abide by the terms and conditions of the agreement.

Party A
Promise
:
1, according to the need for audit, invite technical experts to carry out audit professional consultation, professional technical seminars, lectures and other activities, and according to the relevant provisions of the company to grant subsidies / remuneration.
2, to provide or convey information to the higher authorities and Party A about the certification activities.
3, when Party A invites Party B to participate in the audit or related organizational activities, it will issue 10 yuan insurance premium on each audit day, and Party B shall handle the insurance on its own.
When attending the audit of Party A, it occurs.
Casualty
And all other accidents, Party A shall not bear any liability according to the insurance clauses insured by Party B. If Party B fails to take out insurance, Party B shall bear all the responsibilities.

1, comply with the provisions of Party A's relevant management procedures.

Audit activities
Generally, it can guarantee participation. If there is no special situation, two times can not perform the audit task according to the task document, then it is regarded as unwilling to participate in the audit activities of Party A, and no longer arrange audit tasks.
3, I agree that when an accident occurs in the audit, third of the first item of the agreement shall be implemented.
4, Party A's operation, management and audit information and customer's situation are classified as party a confidential. Without Party A's written permission, Party A shall not disclose to the third party.
