For those dyeing and printing enterprises that have not yet signed up, this is good news, especially for small and medium-sized printing and dyeing enterprises with a sewage volume less than 4000 tons per day. They are allowed to gather in the coastal area by means of integration and reorganization, and determine the order of aggregation according to the contract.

Printing and dyeing enterprises gather in the coastal area
